2. Educational & Simulation Nature of the Tools
All interactive calculators, charts, sensitivity tables, and financial projections provided on VoltSolar are intended solely for general informational, educational, and preliminary estimation purposes. The results are mathematical simulations based on EPA laboratory fuel ratings, NREL solar insolation averages, and regional utility rates.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its proprietary algorithms, design layout, software code, databases, and trademarks are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute our proprietary calculator code without explicit prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall VoltSolar, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our calculations, formulas, or estimations. Users must consult licensed solar contractors, electrical engineers, and certified tax professionals before making capital investment decisions.
6. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our calculation models or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
